My studio offers a range of yoga classes suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Louise will guide you through each class and help you achieve your yoga goals. Whether you are a Mom looking for a bit of me time or an athlete looking to improve your performance my classes have something for everyone. Yoga is the Union of Mind, Body and Soul. Yoga is not a religion. Yoga is a way of life, using the 8 Limbs of Yoga as a guideline, Yama (Universal Morality), Niyama ( Personal Observances) , Asana (Yoga), Pranayama ( Breath ) are just the first 4 Limbs of Yoga. Our beginner yoga classes are designed to introduce you to the practice of yoga and help you develop a strong foundation. You’ll learn basic poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods to help you find peace and balance in your life.My classes follow a Hatha/ Vinyasa flow . Come spice up your week with a a yoga flow that perfectly blends fluid movement, empowering holds and playfulness.
