Louise is a dedicated and experienced teacher who aims to provide a supportive and caring learning environment for her students. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, she is committed to her professional growth and development. Passionate about enhancing others’ fitness, health, and well-being through Yoga and TRE, Louise has been a certified TRE provider since 2019 and a qualified Yoga teacher since 2023.
For Louise, Yoga is a journey of self-discovery and connection with the mind, body, and soul. Through physical practice, breathwork, and mindfulness, she seeks to find inner peace and harmony with the world around her. By maintaining a focus on positive thoughts and behaviors, Louise believes in achieving bliss (Ananda) in all aspects of life. Yoga, to her, is a continuous path of learning and progress that leads to a profound connection of mind, body, and soul with regular practice.

My Philosophy
“My philosophy at Holistic Health and Wellness is centered around creating a safe and nurturing space for individuals to explore and deepen their yoga practice. I believe in a holistic approach that honors the body, mind, and spirit. By combining Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, alongside the powerful practice of TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), I aim to help students reconnect with their inner selves and find balance in their lives.
I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience, and it should be adaptable to the unique needs of each individual. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, my goal is to guide students toward greater relaxation, resilience, and overall well-being.”
